Had a nice time with good friends at the 2010 Addy Awards. Had a good discussion on where this crazy industry is headed and our market here in Lexington. I had two projects in this years event, Ky Bride Magazine and Ky Military Treasures online exhibition, and they both won Gold. Congrats to all of this years winners.

Started on the Spring Issue of Kentucky Bride magazine this week. Lots of great photography in this issue. Look for it in early April.

Well another year has passed. It was a year full of interesting projects. My top 5 projects of the year are 1. Becoming a homeowner and that comes with a ton of projects itself. 2. The 1969 Shelby GT 500 rebuild. 3. The magazine redesign (more on that later), 4. Screen printing and getting the shop set up. 5. The Jim Beam Bourbon Barrel design and event. I designed and executed a giant barrel of monkeys (images coming soon). Thanks everyone for making it another productive year. 2010 look out!

I’m participating in this years Jim Beam Bourbon Barrel Event. Ten artists are designing their own barrel that will be up for auction September 29th at BUSTERS Come out and support a good cause.

I’m thrilled to announce that Elevation Creative Studios has won 9 Gold Addys and Best of Show at the 2009 Addy Awards in Lexington Ky. I’m very proud to have worked on these projects and want to say thanks to our clients and to the team I’m surrounded by at work everyday. Congrats guys and gal its going to be a great year.
